The 蜜桃影像 (HCCC) Board of Trustees has awarded tenure to four faculty members. Heather Connors, Karen Hosick, Laura Samuelsen, and Carrie Rong Xiao have earned tenure in recognition of their excellence in teaching, scholarly achievement, service to the College and the community, and fulfillment of their professional responsibilities.

蜜桃影像 President Dr. Christopher Reber is proud to join the University of Michigan鈥檚 Diversity Scholars Network (DSN), an interdisciplinary, multi-institutional community of scholars hosted by the National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) at the University of Michigan.

HCCC Associate Professor and Coordinator of Business Programs Elana Winslow has been awarded Dale P. Parnell Faculty Distinction Recognition by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC).

蜜桃影像鈥檚 (HCCC) School of Business, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Management has received Insight Into Diversity Magazine鈥檚 2024 鈥淚nspiring Programs in Business鈥� Award. The prestigious national award honors business schools that demonstrate outstanding commitment to encouraging and assisting students from traditionally underrepresented groups to enter the field of business.

Recently, 蜜桃影像鈥檚 (HCCC) innovative and transformative Hudson Scholars program was presented the prestigious Bellwether Legacy Award for impacting student success in retention and college completion, particularly for those from traditionally underserved groups.

HCCC鈥檚 Hudson Scholars Program was named the winner of the 2024 Bellwether Legacy Award, the highest honor bestowed upon community colleges by the Bellwether College Consortium. The Hudson Scholars Program was honored for its sustainable impact on student success, particularly those from traditionally underserved groups including Hispanic and African American students.

蜜桃影像 (HCCC), its leaders, and faculty are finalists in seven of eleven categories for the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) National Awards of Excellence. The finalist designations recognize HCCC鈥檚 dedication and success in advancing equity, student success, and innovative teaching.

In what is becoming an annual tradition at the College, HCCC is a finalist for three prestigious National Bellwether Awards at the upcoming 30th Annual Community College Futures Assembly (CCFA) taking place February 25 to 27, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.

蜜桃影像 (HCCC) is making great strides supporting the retention, completion, and achievement of all students鈥� goals and dreams. The College is using data and best practices to remove barriers to student success.

蜜桃影像 (HCCC) has earned 鈥淟eader College of Distinction鈥� designation from Achieving the Dream (ATD), the national reform movement of high-achieving community colleges. The honor is bestowed upon innovative higher education institutions that demonstrate sustained and significant outcomes in the advancement of student success. HCCC is one of six Leader Colleges to receive this honor.
