Employer Engagement

Partner with Us!

Are you interested in becoming our partner? Join Gateway to Innovation to actively participate in forming the finance and technology industries. As one of our valued partners, you help develop a talent pool for today's and tomorrow’s finance and information technology industries. It enables students to practice what they learn in class and get information from the field. By being our partner, you can be on the Employer Advisory Board, where we plan and review the courses that will fit the market needs. Such an affiliation helps ensure that our graduates get to the market qualified to meet your organization's needs. The internship is a chance that enables students to practice what is taught in class and acquire experience to secure a job after graduation. Internships also assess potential employees and bring value in terms of ideas to a firm. Other involvement opportunities include mentoring. Typically, it means that you are advising students regarding their career paths, giving them tips and hints, and sharing your experience. This mentorship assists the students and ensures they enjoy a positive employment outlook.

Furthermore, you can build on such knowledge by enrolling in an industry insight course or participating in a professional development seminar. These activities help apply what the learners learn in books to the real business environment in preparation for job markets. Finally, by posting your openings to our graduates, you get individuals equipped and willing to contribute to your company. Participate in Gateway to Innovation and shape the future financial and technology workforce. Collectively, it is possible to assemble a lively and competent team that can bring about change and improvements.
