HCCC CAI has an amazing Culinary Certificate program that allows hard working individuals like myself to be able to attend school and earn the education and experience needed in the industry, without taking time off from work and running a small business. The professional and personal relationships I built along the way gave me the opportunity to give back and employ fellow alumni.
