HCCC and community leaders encourage high school students to explore higher education opportunities.

March 27, 2025, Jersey City, NJ 鈥 蜜桃影像 (HCCC) recently welcomed over 270 students from nearby Hudson Catholic High School for a series of engaging pep rallies and college tours aimed at inspiring local students to pursue higher education and consider community college as an option for their future.

Held just blocks away from Hudson Catholic at HCCC鈥檚 Journal Square campus, these events brought together approximately 150 seniors and 120 juniors for an exciting, high-energy, half-day introduction to what life is like at HCCC. The initiative is led by community leader Tamika McReynolds of the Hudson County Office of Family Services and Reintegration (and Teen Magazine), along with high-profile radio personality DJ Wallah of the popular Hot 97 Radio Station in New York City. McReynolds and Wallah helped bring energy and excitement to the students by spinning the latest hits. DJ Wallah discussed his motivation for being part of the event, stating that 鈥淥ur goal is to make sure every high school senior in Hudson County gets to visit a college campus and receive help applying for college.鈥
