884 students demonstrated academic excellence during the Fall 2024 semester.
March 25, 2025, Jersey City, NJ 鈥� 蜜桃影像 (HCCC) is proud to announce that 884 students were
placed on the Dean鈥檚 List in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement
during the Fall 2024 semester.
Dean鈥檚 List honors are reserved for full-time students who complete 12 or more college-level
credits and achieve a semester grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher, and part-time
students who complete 12 or more college-level credits with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
within a calendar year. English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are not included.
An F grade in any class negates Dean鈥檚 List eligibility for full- or part-time students.
HCCC honored 884 students named to the Fall 2024 Dean鈥檚 List at a reception in the Banquet Room of the Culinary Conference Center.
Students named to the HCCC Dean鈥檚 List represent all of the College鈥檚 Schools: Business, Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management; Nursing and Health Professions; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM); and Humanities and Social Sciences.
Deans of each of HCCC鈥檚 Schools were on hand to congratulate the Dean鈥檚 List recipients on their dedication, diligence, and perseverance as the College held a reception to honor them. While making the Dean鈥檚 List is an achievement and the culmination of a lot of hard work, Dr. Darryl Jones, Vice President for Academic Affairs, challenged recipients to continue to strive, stating 鈥淚f this is the first Dean鈥檚 list you鈥檝e achieved, don鈥檛 let it be your last. Challenge yourself to make a second, third, or fourth鈥�.鈥�
HCCC President Dr. Christopher Reber hailed the students, stating, 鈥淭he achievements of these 884 students reflect their hard work, persistence, and commitment to excellence. At HCCC, all members of our faculty and staff take great pride in fostering an environment where students can thrive academically and reach new heights.
